get_L5tt_template_v2¶

biophysics_fitting.L5tt_parameter_setup.get_L5tt_template_v2()¶

Get a template cell parameter dictionary for a L5PT cell.

This method is identical to get_L5tt_template(), but adds the following specifications:

The CaDynamics_E2 mechanism is replaced with CaDynamics_E2_v2 (see mechanisms).
The SKv3_1 mechanism is set to have a linear spatial distribution with intercept (see Schaefer et al. [4]).
