STEP_initial_ISI¶

biophysics_fitting.ephys.STEP_initial_ISI(t, v, thresh=None)¶

Computes the Inter-Spike Interval (ISI) for the first two spikes of a voltage trace for a step stimulus.

Parameters:¶

• t (numpy.ndarray) – Array of time values.

• v (numpy.ndarray) – Array of voltage values.

Returns:¶

Burst Averaged Inter-Spike Interval (BAC ISI) value.
