PySection.set_3d_geometry¶

single_cell_parser.cell.PySection.set_3d_geometry(pts, diams)¶

Invokes NEURON 3D geometry setup.

Parameters:¶

• pts (list) – 3D coordinates of the section

• diams (list) – diameters at the 3D coordinates.

Raises:¶

RuntimeError – If the list of diameters does not match the list of 3D points in length.

Returns:¶

pts, nrOfPts, diamList, bounds, and relPts.

Return type:¶
