CellParser._add_spines_ar¶

single_cell_parser.cell_parser.CellParser._add_spines_ar(label, spineParam)¶

Adds passive spines to anomalously rectifying membrane [8].

Spines are added according to spine parameters for individual (dendritic) structures by scaling \(C_m\) and \(R_{N,0}\) by \(F\) and \(1/F\) respectively, where

\[F = 1 + \frac{A_{spines}}{A_{dend}}\]

Precise morphological effects of the spines are not considered, only their effect on membrane capacitance and resistance.
