    single_cell_parser ❭ network_modify_functions ❭ silence_synapses_by_somadist

    silence_synapses_by_somadist¶

    Modify network activity by silencing synapses based on soma distance.

    These functions can be used in e.g. simrun.rerun_db to re-simulate a network with modified activity patterns, silencing synapses based on their postsynaptic location.

    Functions¶

    silence_synapses_by_somadist(cell, evokedNW, soma_dist_ranges)

    Silence synapses at a certain soma distance.
