    create_synapse_realization¶

    single_cell_parser.network_realizations.create_synapse_realization(pname, write_synapses=False)¶

    Create a synapse realization from a Network parameters file.

    Parameters:¶
    • pname (str) – Network parameters file.

    • write_synapses (bool) – Write synapse locations to a .landmarkAscii file for visualization in AMIRA. Default is False.
