load_spike_times¶

singlecell_input_mapper.evoked_PSTH_from_spike_times.load_spike_times(spikeTimesName)¶

Reads in .cluster files containing spike time recordings

Args;

spikeTimesname (str): Name of the .cluster file.

Returns:¶

Tuple of 2 dictioinaries. The first contains the spike times per whisker. The second contains the amount of trials per whisker.
