visualize.cell_morphology_visualizer.CMVDataParser._align_trunk_with_z_axis(cell)¶

Calculates the polar angle between the trunk and z-axis (zenith). Anchors the soma to (0, 0, 0) and aligns the trunk to the z-axis.
