Advanced methods for optical texture determinations (incl. demonstrations)
The workshop will focus on a variety of techniques desgined to measure
various aspects of textures using automated optical methods. Special
attention will be paid to the determination of textures in quartz bearing
rocks. At present contributors to the workshop include Johannes Duyster,
Renée Heilbronner, Marco Herwegh and Michael Higgins.
Oral contributions, posters and practical demonstrations are invited.
