This folder contains two sub-folders:
1) Illumina_RNA-Seq: Individual bam files based on the alignment of Illumina RNA-Seq fastq data to mm39 reference genome
2) PacBio_Iso-Seq: Individual bam files based on the alignment of Pacbio Iso-Seq clustered isoform data to mm39 reference genome

Note: The transcripts present in the bam files were not collapsed and filtered.
