This folder contains the GTF track data for the filtered high-confidence isoforms:
1) All_Isoform.gtf: The GTF data for all the 11,728 isoforms
2) Conserved_Isoform.gtf: The GTF data for the conserved isoforms that were found both in the house mouse and outgroup species
3) Individual_Track folder contains the GTF data for the isoforms present in each mouse individual
