Note: A doubtful species. Likely a synonym of
another Trombidium
species.
Note: the species is named for the
hymenopteran genus Rhopalicus. The
species name is therefore a name in apposition
and is not adjusted in
gender to the genus name.

Distribution
This taxon has been described from Germany.
Reports from other
countries may be misidentifications of other
Trombidium species.
