This species is sometimes synonymized with either Stenaphorurella
quadrispina or Stenaphorura japygiformis, but is a separate bona species.
Identification
Distribution
The distribution of this species is unclear, because it has been
frequently synonymized or confused with other species. The only
confirmed occurrence of this species is in Britain, but the species may
be more widespread as indicated by records of specimens identified as
"lubbocki" from Hungary, Poland and Russia.
