Identification
Distribution
There is only a single German record (from Rysumer Nacken,
Ostfriesland) yet. However, the species is very similar to Notiphila
riparia (and has even been synonymized with it by some authors) and
thus it is possible that specimens of this species have been
misidentified as N. riparia. Records of N. riparia from Germany should
therefore be carefully checked for their identity.
