Die Art kommt in Europa und Westasien vor. Die Imagines
fliegen von Juni bis September, erscheinen also relativ spät
im Jahr, was vermuten lässt, dass die Art nicht als Imago
überwintert. Die Biologie dieser Art ist noch unbekannt.
