HOW TO PREPARE FOR LECTURES
Please read the respective paragraphs in the textbook Albert C. Baugh and Thomas Cable, A History of the English Language, 5th ed. (London and New York: Routledge, 2002). You can get all handouts for this course at Stud.IP under the section "Daten" shortly before each session.
If possible visit the tutorial, which takes place Mo 10-12 in room VG 4.107 (tutor: Juliane Hartwig).
