Some background information on the Anglo-Saxon tongue. Old English Newsletter On-line version of one of the most important periodicals on Old English. Also contains are searchable bibliography. Dictionary of Old English Large project at the University of Toronto which currently covers letters A-G. Anglo-Saxon Dictionary I The Germanic Lexicon Project contains Bosworth and Toller's Anglo-Saxon Dictionary in tiff, html and txt-format. Anglo-Saxon Dictionary II Digital and searchable edition of Bosworth and Toller's Anglo-Saxon Dictionary. Concise Anglo-Saxon Dictionary Here you can find scans of all pages of Hall's Concise Anglo-Saxon Dictionary (2nd ed.). Very helpful if you do not have access to a printed copy. An Old English Glossary Peter Baker has compiled a searchable glossary, which covers the texts examined in his class. TOEBI Web Resources The Society of Teachers of Old English in Britain and Ireland lists a great deal of invaluable web resources.
