(unjustified emendation) Note: Gnaphosa lugubris and Gnaphosa nigerrima are very similar and at times were incorrectly regarded as synonyms. The taxon Gnaphosa krogerusi is a synonym of either of the two and cannot be assigned with certainty. I place it here in the synonymy of Gnaphosa lugubris, but other authors place it in the synonymy of Gnaphosa nigerrima. Identification Distribution Biology |
