Botanophila oraria (Collin, 1967)
Botanophila depressa auct. nec Stein, 1907 (see note below)
Note: this species is regarded as a synonym of Botanophila depressa (a
species described from China) by most recent authors. However, the
synonymization has been done in a work written in the Chinese language
that I unfortunately cannot read. Therefore, I cannot judge the validity
of this synonymization. I have doubts whether the synonymy is correct,
given the fact that genuine depressa is only known from China, whereas
oraria has been described from the UK; therefore I provisionally retain
oraria as a separate species here.
