Note: one female specimen of the type series of
Berytinus striola actually belongs to the present
species. However, the nominal name Berytus striola
Ferrari, 1874 has been fixed to another female
specimen by designation of a lectotype. Thus,
Berytus striola is not a synonym of the present
species.
