Torymus nobilis Boheman, 1834 (nec Walker, 1834; secondary homonyms in Torymus, see note)
Torymus conjunctus Nees, 1834
Torymus nitidulus Nees, 1834
Callimome subterraneus Curtis, 1835
Note: The nobilis epithets by Boheman and Walker have both been
published in 1834 and thus compete for senior secondary homonymy in
Torymus. The exact publication date is only known for the work by
Walker: April 1st. The work by Boheman might have been published earlier
than April 1st, because it is titled "for the year 1833" suggesting
that it contains all papers that were collected during 1833 and then
published as soon as 1833 was over. Therefore, I regard the name by
Boheman as having priority and as the senior secondary homonym.
In addition, the names by Nees have also been published in 1834. For
this work I have no indications as to the exact publication date.
However, I suggest that these names should not be given priority.
Without any data, the probability that the work by Nees has been
published in the three months before April 1st is much lower than the
probability that it has been published in the 9 months after April 1st.
