Germany:
A common species in Germany recorded from all Bundesländer except
for Sachsen-Anhalt and Thüringen (Gaedike and Heinike 1999).
World distribution:
A common species in Great Britain and Ireland recorded from England,
Wales, Man and Ireland, and more locally in Scotland and the Channel
Islands (Waring et al. 2004).
