Distribution
This species occurs in northern seas including
the Kara Sea, Barents Sea and the Norwegian
Sea. Previously, the species was believed to
have a circumpolar distribution, but all
records from the Pacific and the Bering Sea
are misidentifications of Pandalus eous.
Pandalus borealis also occurs in the North
Sea, but only in the northern part. There is a
single record from the Dogger Bank, a part of
which belongs to the German Exclusive Economic
Zone.
