Distribution
|
Occurs irregularly on the the German North Sea and Baltic Sea coast in
winter. Records of breedings exist for inland lakes in northern Germany.
Occurs in north and eastern Europe where it is also breeding. The
species also occurs in northern Asia, Canada and the northern USA.
