NetworkMapper._create_spiketrain_activities¶

single_cell_parser.network.NetworkMapper._create_spiketrain_activities(preCellType, networkParameters)¶

Create spike train times based on the network parameters spiketrain keywords.

Uses compute_spike_train_times() to calculate spike times based on the network parameter keys “noise”, “start”, “interval”, “nspikes”. See Network parameters for more information.
