PE 2.4 MQD Configuration

An error in the IBM PE 2.4.0.0 libraries causes the mpi_debug_version variable to have the value 0 (instead of the correct value 1). You may correct this problem by:

• Applying PTF U462081, or
   
• Patching your TotalView installation manually

Before applying these patches, you should verify that they are actually needed.
