show that the present taxon comprises at least two separate species.
They also discuss the problematic nomenclature that has been created in
this taxon by previous inadequate
neotype selections and misidentifications. Clearly, this species complex
requires a thorough revision and I therefore do not follow here any of
the previous nomenclatural changes, but use here provisionally the
traditionally applied name
"Pempeliella dilutella".
